Yeah, really! What we need is one of those little "elf hammer" looking things with the point on the end. That will get ole jackarse and get him good! We sure hope you don't get to that point, Leit! When our only contact with each other is the computer it really does stink, darn those Dell "support" people - you'd think they'd be smart enough to fix jackarse by now !
